G Kanban has two plans: Free and Pro. There’s no artificial scarcity in Free — no cap on boards, columns, or cards. Pro is about unlocking cloud durability and insight into how your boards are actually moving, not about unlocking the core grid experience.

Free

• The full spatial grid: unlimited boards, columns, and cards
• Drag-and-drop placement, resizing, and both layout modes (auto-flow and exact position)
• Flavors, labels, checklists, priority, assignee, due dates
• Keyboard shortcuts, command palette, and lightning capture
• Split-pane view across two boards
• Manual export / import
• Local-first storage — fully usable with no account at all

Pro

Everything in Free, plus:

• Cloud sync — back up your boards and keep them current across every device you sign into. See Local vs. synced.
• Insights dashboard — real cycle time, throughput, and aging-WIP numbers instead of the sample data shown on Free. See Pro dashboard.

Data & privacy either way

Your plan doesn’t change how your data is handled — see Privacy & data location for where cloud data lives and how deletion works, on both Free and Pro.
