Pro dashboard

Instead of showing a second board, the bottom pane can show the Insights dashboard — pick it from the board selector the same way you’d pick a board. See Boards & the split-pane view.

Metrics

• Average cycle time — how long cards take from first touched to done.
• Throughput (7 days) — how many cards were completed in the last week.
• Aging WIP — how many in-progress cards are older than your stale threshold.
• Oldest WIP card — the single longest-running card still in progress.

All of these are computed from each card’s existing history of column moves — no separate tracking needed, so the numbers reflect a board’s real activity from the moment you turn Insights on.

Free vs. Pro

The dashboard itself is visible to everyone, but only Pro accounts see real, computed numbers. Free accounts see the same layout with a clearly labeled “sample data” placeholder, so you can see what the dashboard looks like before upgrading.

Trend lines and cumulative-flow-style charts aren’t available yet — the current dashboard shows point-in-time metrics only.
